How DSATM Charges Work
These values are rendered directly from the current DSATM configuration.
Active above the configured rolling 30-day threshold.
Minimum rolling 30-day confirmed sales amount used by the charge rule.
Maximum total sales charges during a calendar month, subject to applicable conditions.
Applies to eligible subscription prices and sales charges.
Initial trial period for newly registered Customer accounts.
When Does the Sales Charge Apply?
The configured sales charge is 0.1%. DSATM totals the Customer's confirmed sales from the rolling previous 30 days and includes the current sale. When that projected total becomes greater than ₹5,000.00, the configured percentage charge can apply to that eligible sale. The Customer discount is then applied to the charge. Total sales charges collected from one Customer are additionally limited to ₹499.00 per calendar month. Once that monthly maximum is reached, further eligible sales charges for that calendar month are waived and are not carried forward to a later month.
The rolling calculation uses confirmed sales in the previous 30 days and includes the current sale when testing the threshold.
The charge is calculated on the eligible current sale amount, not on the whole rolling 30-day total.
The threshold is crossed only when the projected rolling total is greater than the configured threshold.
How the Account Discount Works
A DSATM Customer can have an account discount from 0% to 100%. Team Leaders and Team Members use the discount of their owning Customer account.
- 0% discount: normal subscription prices and eligible sales charges apply.
- Partial discount: subscription prices and eligible sales charges are reduced by that percentage.
- 100% discount: the Customer has free subscription access under the DSATM rules and eligible percentage sale charges are fully discounted.
- Not logged in: the page remains fully visible and displays the default account discount as 0%.
24-Hour Trial
New Customer registrations receive an initial 24-hour trial.
During an active trial, the normal percentage sale charge is waived by the DSATM charging calculation.
Editing a Sale After 15 Days
The 15-day period is measured from the sale's original creation date and time . Editing a sale does not restart the 15-day period.
Normal recalculation applies
The old confirmed charge can be released and the charge is recalculated from the edited sale.
If the recalculated eligible charge is lower, the normal recalculation can return the difference to the wallet.
Previously collected charge is protected
If the edited sale produces a lower recalculated charge, the charge already collected is not returned or refunded .
The amount already collected becomes the protected minimum charge for that sale.
New Charge Is Lower
No refund is made after more than 15 days.
Previously collected charge stays protected.New Charge Is Equal
Nothing additional is deducted and nothing is refunded.
The existing collected charge remains.New Charge Is Higher
Only the additional difference is charged.
The already collected amount is not charged again.Wallet Charges & Pending Sales
When an eligible percentage charge is due, DSATM deducts the required amount from the Customer wallet.
If the wallet does not have enough balance, a sale that requires payment can remain pending until the required amount becomes available.
After wallet recharge, DSATM can settle only the outstanding charge and confirm the pending sale without charging an amount that has already been collected.
Subscription Auto-Renewal From Wallet
When automatic wallet renewal is enabled, renewal occurs only if the Customer also keeps their personal auto-renewal preference enabled and the wallet has enough balance for the applicable discounted subscription price.
A wallet renewal is an internal wallet deduction and is not counted again as another external subscription payment.
Paid Mode & Free Mode
DSATM Paid Mode is enabled. Subscription pricing, wallet renewal rules, eligible percentage sale charges, account discounts, trial rules and subscription access controls can apply according to the current configuration.
The configured plan amounts can still be displayed as pricing information while Free Mode is active.
